Like many, we are passionate about wine. By maintaining low yields and handpicking grapes from two vineyards planted with Shiraz; Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault, our mix of close planting and bush vine methods promotes fruit complexity, with minimal winemaker intervention for a focused, structured wine. We will have a selection of Rose, Shiraz and Sparkling Shiraz available for tasting across the weekend.
