Like many, we are passionate about wine. We handcraft small volumes of wine in a family run winery that is adjacent to our vineyard that we established in 2012. Our approach places an emphasis on fruit development and structure in the vineyard translating through to a wine with minimal winemaker intervention.

This year, Three Dams Estate is excited to be hosting a pop up wine tasting at the sumptuous new Miss Farleys Lounge and Wine Bar at the Union Hotel.
Drop in over the weekend, say hello and enjoy some Spanish wine varieties including Tempranillo, Grenache and Monastrell. Our famous Vino Caliente (mulled wine) will also be on offer to warm your soul.
We'll also be serving up Spanish Cazuela (Pork, Chorizo and white bean hot pot) and Empanadas.
